Job Summary:
Phoenix Global is looking for energetic individuals to be part of our Team. We are looking for individuals to help with the day-to-day issues that pop up but to also be part of the big picture. Responsibilities:
-· Install, align, and adjust mechanical, hydraulic & pneumatic components using manual, pneumatic and electrical tools.
· Carry out on-site drilling, tapping, threading, welding operations and any other operations as required by the Maintenance Manager
· Use different lifting and manual handling tools as needed.
· Assembles machines and bolts, welds, rivets, or otherwise fastens them to the foundation or other structures, using hand tools and power tools.
· Operates lathe to grind, file & turn machine parts to dimensional specifications.
· Repair and lubricate machines & equipment.
· Must be able to perform PM Inspections on equipment while operating.
· Must be able to document finding, temperature readings on equipment while in operation.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience as a Millwright or similar role in an industrial setting
- Proficiency in English language (both written and verbal)
- Excellent problem-solving skills with the ability to read and interpret technical drawings and schematics
